Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon VS Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon

Now that Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon has finally arrived on DN, it made me wonder. Who is the better monster, Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon or Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon?

Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon effect:
3 Level 8 monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned using "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as any of its Materials: Negate the effects of all other face-up cards currently on the field. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; detach all Xyz Materials from monsters your opponent controls, then this card gains 500 ATK for each, also it can attack up to that many times during each Battle Phase this turn.

3 Level 9 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; the effects of all other face-up cards currently on the field are negated until this turn ends, also your opponent cannot activate cards' effects on the field this turn.
If this card has "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect.
● You can Tribute 2 other monsters; this card can make up to three attacks on a monster(s) during each Battle Phase this turn.

Here is what I wrote to compare the 2.

Photon Dragon's effects are mainly meant to be used on Xyz monsters but when put against them will dominate. Tachyon Dragon can give itself and your other monsters a clear path while attacking by preventing card effects from activating and using his ATK to demolish a strong monster. When summoned, Photon Dragon will negate all face-up cards' effects permanently while Tachyon Dragon will only negate them until the end phase. Tachyon Dragon can tribute 2 monster to be able to declare 2 extra attacks on opponent's monsters and Photon Dragon can attack extra times for each xyz material its effect detached from the opponent's monsters along with the ATK boost it gains.

So who is really is the better dragon? Well in my opinion, Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon is the best. If you disagree please reply saying why.
    

Well to be honest, its hard to say... cuz each gains advantage on the owner of that dragon's turn. If u were to pit these 2 against each other, and each had their weaker counterpart as xyz material, it ulitmately comes down to who comes out later. If Neo Tachyon were to come out after Neo Photon, then negating Neo Photon is a no biggie. But the one thing that Neo Tachyon lacks is Photon's attack gaining ability. It must kamikaze if it doesn't want Neo Photon on the field(excluding the factor of Honest). And even so if it were to negate it would be a temporary negation. If Neo Photon comes out after Neo Tachyon, Neo Photon will permanently negate all of Tachyon's effects, and Neo Photon can proceed to detach all its xyz materials on the oppo's side of the field and gain 500 ATK and additional attack that turn for each material. Now resource wise, Neo Tachyon could be easier to summon due to only requiring Tachyon and a Rank-Up Magic card(assuming thats how u would summon it, cant see why u would want to summon 3 lvl 9s <.<). Neo Photon however requires 3 lvl 8s, which can be a bit costly on the resources for a single large beater. Now im not sayin these are the only ways of summoning these beasts, cuz im sure there are plenty of methods... just basing this off of basic summon strategies. Now for overall coverage, against other cards out there, it all depends on wat u face, for sometimes u could face a deck that runs no xyzs, leaving Neo Photon as a simple negation bomb on summon and left as a simple 4500 beater. Neo Tachyon could use its effects a bit more effectively, cuz it provides more coverage, negating all effects for the turn and nothing can b activated by ur opponent for that turn, securing ur atk and possible MP2 summons. As for multiple attacks a turn, Neo Photon would have to rely on a xyz monster being on the oppos side of the field, but these multiple attacks would allow attacking directly if able. Neo Tachyon's however, is less situational, but it only allows multiple attacks on monsters, so attacking directly is out of the question, same situation with Bujintei Susanowo and Chimeratech Overdragon, allowing multiple attacks on monsters, but not directly.

So ultimately, if u were to pit these 2 against each other, I'd say Neo Photon wins, due to Neo Tachyon's lack of ATK boosting. But for overall coverage and resources, Tachyon wins. It's all how u look at it.

Well actually I'm comparing who is better not against each other but against other decks and archetypes. If against each other then Photon Dragon would win that's for sure.

I believe the Tachyon Dragon is better then Photon because of the negate eff. But it really depends on who you are versus.
